Has our scintillating broadcast crew mentioned yet that if Chicago does in fact advance, D'Orazio will only have four off days before the conference championship?

At the risk of your one loyal reader giving you a big head--if I ever own an AF3 team up here in Madison, "trey wingo" and "wayne brady" are going to be in our playbook.

Indeed, we apparently were overhearing the pitch for AT&T Park in San Fransisco.

Your random second-tier football trivia for the night: I don't know if you guys ever saw it, but one of the interesting things the XFL brought us (no, really) was just how neat football games played in PacBell Park looked. (No, Mike Pawlawski is not my dad.) It really was a nice setting for a football game.

(also, holy shit, I'm not sure I've _ever_ seen offensive pass interference called in the AFL.)

(holy holy shit that hit.)
